If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges may be offered in the form of a replacement product (such as a new arrangement) at no additional cost.

Once we receive your request, we will review the case and, if approved, arrange for complimentary delivery of a replacement product.
